Wayne Galley
Founder & Majority ShareholderWayne is the founder and majority shareholder of EPL International. Since founding the company in 2009, EPL has grown into a leading provider of time-critical logistics and transportation solutions, with operations across Canada and the United States. Wayne's primary focus is driving growth within the aerospace, mining, military, high-tech, manufacturing, and resource sectors while developing strategic partnerships and logistics solutions for customers around the world.
Wayne remains focused on scaling the business through technology, operational discipline, and strategic partnerships. His leadership continues to position EPL as a trusted provider for organizations where failure is not an option.
Wayne is also actively engaged in developing First Nation partnerships.
Wayne studied International Business at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
Michael MacIsaac
Partner, Managing DirectorMichael brings extensive experience in operations and logistics management, overseeing high-volume, time-sensitive distribution across international markets.
At EPL, Michael works closely with operations teams, agents, and customer traffic departments to streamline workflows, improve response times, and ensure seamless execution. He also collaborates with Canadian and U.S. customs authorities and works alongside Transport Canada on evolving ACS (Air Cargo Security Program) procedures—helping minimize delays and maintain compliance across all cross-border shipments.
Michael studied Social Sciences at the University of Ottawa.
Andrea Petersen
Corporate ControllerAndrea is an experienced finance professional specializing in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and process automation.
Andrea has worked across global organizations, startups, and nonprofits, including leadership roles at IQVIA, where she managed Canadian financial operations and supported international reporting. Andrea brings deep expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, audits, and system integration.
At EPL, Andrea plays a critical role in strengthening financial discipline, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting the company’s continued growth across North America.
Derek Wharton
Derek oversees all North American operations at EPL, driving consistency, efficiency, and profitability across the organization.
With a background in logistics startups and law enforcement, Derek has built strong relationships with agents, airlines, and the TSA to ensure the highest levels of security and operational performance. Derek also leads training programs and standard operating procedures, ensuring the team operates with precision in every time-critical scenario.
Derek studied Criminal Justice at Arizona State University.

Krishna Murali
Managing DirectorKrishna is the Director of Global Operations & Strategic Partnerships at EPL and brings more than a decade of experience in time-critical logistics, AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support, and international freight forwarding. Originally from India, Krishna built his logistics career in the Middle East before relocating to Canada in 2020. Prior to joining EPL, he led the AOG division for a Belgium-based logistics company in Dubai, where he specialized in supporting airlines, MROs, and aviation clients with urgent transportation solutions across the globe.
Since joining EPL, Krishna has played a key role in the company's growth and operational development. Starting as an operator and advancing to Director of Global Operations & Strategic Partnerships, he now oversees a 24/7 team across multiple locations, ensuring the successful execution of critical shipments worldwide while leading the company's global agent and partner network initiatives. Known for his hands-on leadership style, customer focus, and ability to solve complex logistical challenges under pressure, Krishna is passionate about delivering exceptional service, developing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with clients, airlines, and strategic partners throughout the aviation and logistics industries worldwide.
Krishna also holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, further strengthening his expertise in operational leadership and strategic growth.
Tye Galley
Global Key Account ManagerTye is a logistics professional with over 16 years of experience at Emergency Parts Logistics (EPL), specializing in critical AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and machine-down recovery operations, time-sensitive transportation, and complex supply chain coordination across North America. Coming from a multi-generational transportation background, logistics has been a lifelong part of Tye’s professional foundation and operational mindset. Supporting Tier 1 aerospace suppliers, mining, and industrial customers, he has built a reputation for delivering rapid solutions in high-pressure environments where communication, execution, and reliability are essential.
Known for his hands-on operational approach and strong customer relationships, Tye focuses on building scalable logistics processes, strengthening service accountability, and driving continuous improvement across transportation networks. His background spans aviation logistics, emergency freight coordination, and strategic customer support within fast-paced, operationally critical industries. He has a reputation for being available 24/7/365.
